《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》条例颁布,新型城镇化建设成为新一轮经济发展的重要引擎,倍受社会关注。在新型城镇化建设中,旅游业逐渐成为不可忽视的经济增长点,旅游业不仅能为经济发展增添动力,还能提升人民幸福指数、增加就业人口、改善生态环境、增加农民居民收入、保护与传承历史文化、提升城市文化品牌、促进城乡统筹等综合社会价值,其产业特性对带动新型城镇化城乡统筹、城乡一体、产城互动、节约集约、生态宜居、和谐发展具有积极地促进作用;同时,旅游业的发展还能带来活跃的人流、物流、资金流来有效推进新型城镇化进程,引领新型城镇走健康、持续发展之路,促进实现由旅游引导、内需型产业带动的新型城镇化建设。本文着重论述在新型城镇化进程中旅游业的促进作用,旅游业的发展并必将推动新型城镇化发展与产业转型。
