目前国际交流日趋频繁,不同的民族以及使用不同母语的人们在进行交流的过程中,会出现跨文化相遇的现象,进而会造成相遇交谈的困惑。主要体现在两个方面,首先是存在听不同的现象,其次会出现理解问题。其为国际交流过程中常见的现象。如何解决交流过程中实际状况是解决现实沟通问题的前提和保障。故此,在研究中,需要从文化的角度多层次的进行分析,提出相应的解决策略。从而避免文化的差异性理解以及交流中歧义性问题的出现。
At present, international exchanges are becoming more frequent. People from different ethnic groups and people of different mother tongues may encounter intercultural encounters during the exchange process, which in turn may confuse conversation. Mainly reflected in two aspects, the first is the existence of listening to different phenomena, followed by understanding problems. It is a common phenomenon in international exchange. How to solve the actual situation in the communication process is the prerequisite and guarantee for solving the actual communication problems. Therefore, in the research, we need to carry on the analysis from the cultural angle multi-level, put forward the corresponding solution tactics. Thus avoiding cultural differences in understanding and the emergence of ambiguity in communication.
