用中棉品种石系亚、海岛棉品种海7124和陆地棉品种93抗12、辽棉5号、冀棉11号、农大365等6个鉴别寄主所得的病情指数,采用最长距离法对采集于河北棉区37个重点植棉县的40个黄萎病菌系进行了系统聚类。结果表明,40个黄萎病菌系可划分为VGⅠ,VGⅡ和VGⅢ3个致病群(VGs),分别包括22,12和6个菌系。其中VGⅠ的菌系致病力最强,鉴别寄主中除中棉品种石系亚表现抗(耐)病外,海岛棉品种海7124和陆地棉品种均表现感病。这些菌系主要分布在冀中南和冀东南棉区;VGⅡ菌系具有中等水平的致病力,仅使部分陆地棉害主感病,以冀中和对北棉区居多;VGⅢ菌系的致病力最弱,所有鉴别寄主几乎均表现抗病或耐病,主要分布在冀东棉区的沿海地带和太行浅山区。
The index of disease index obtained from six differential hosts of Zhongbian cottonseed, sea island cotton variety Hai 7124 and upland cotton variety 93 anti-12, Liaomian 5, Jiamian 11 and Nongda 365 were determined by the longest distance method Forty Verticillium dahliae isolates from 37 key cotton-planting counties in Hebei province were systematically clustered. The results showed that 40 Verticillium dahliae isolates could be divided into 3 pathogenic groups (VGs) of VGⅠ, VGⅡand VGⅢ, including 22, 12 and 6 bacterial strains respectively. Among them, the virulence of VGⅠ strain was the strongest, and the island cotton variety Hai 7124 and Upland cotton cultivars all showed susceptible disease, except for the sub-expression anti-resistance disease of middle-cotton varieties. These strains are mainly distributed in Jizhong South and eastern southeastern cotton areas; VG Ⅱ strains have a moderate level of virulence, leaving only some of the main land-based cotton disease susceptible to Jizhong and North cotton area mostly; VG Ⅲ induced Weakest disease, almost all of the identification of host disease resistance or disease resistance, mainly in the coastal areas of Jidong cotton and Taihang shallow mountain area.
