为提高煤炭资源利用效率、保障企业安全生产正常运行,提出将灰色(G)理论、直觉正态模糊数(INFNs)及多准则群决策(MCGDM)相结合,用以合理确定安全投入结构的G-INFNsMCGDM方法。首先,基于关联直觉正态模糊Bonferroni混合几何(R-INFNBHG)算子计算灰关联主权重、辅助权重及多维复合评价权重。然后,通过平衡多维复合权重与专家均值评价权重得到优化多维复合评价权重。由各层因素的优化多维复合评价权重计算总体评价权重,并依此对安全投入进行排序分析。以某煤企为例,计算分析结果表明,该煤企应当重视安全投入效率;工业卫生及教育宣传投入对其安全投入整体水平有显著影响;G-INFNs-MCGDM方法能够统筹灰关联主权重及各类辅助权重,协调多维复合权重与专家均值评价权重,因此有助于优化安全投入结构。
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of coal resources and ensure the normal operation of safety production, the paper proposes to combine gray (G) theory, intuitionistic normal fuzzy number (INFNs) and multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) -INFNsMCGDM method. First, gray correlation main weights, auxiliary weights, and multidimensional compound evaluation weights are calculated based on the associated intuitionistic normalized Bonferroni mixed geometry (R-INFNBHG) operator. Then, the weight of multidimensional compound evaluation is optimized by balancing the weights of multidimensional compound weights and expert mean. The weights of the overall evaluation are calculated by optimizing the multidimensional compound evaluation weights of all levels, and then the safety inputs are sorted and analyzed. Taking a coal enterprise as an example, the result of calculation and analysis shows that the coal enterprise should pay attention to the efficiency of safety input. The input of industrial hygiene and education has a significant impact on the overall level of its safety investment.
