目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合左卡尼丁口服液治疗少、弱精子症的临床效果。方法确诊的少、弱精子症患者120例,随机分为三组,每组40例,治疗3个月。于治疗前和治疗后进行计算机辅助分析(CASA)精液样本,用放射免疫法测定血浆性激素。结果 3个月后,A组与B、C两组比较在治疗后精液参数、血清睾酮水平均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B、C两组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合左卡尼丁口服液能显著改善少、弱精子症患者的精液质量,提高血清睾酮水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Xuanju Capsule combined with Zuccarein oral solution in treating oligoasthenospermia. Methods A total of 120 patients with asthenospermia who were diagnosed as asthenozoospermia were randomly divided into three groups of 40 cases each for 3 months. Computer-assisted analysis (CASA) semen samples were taken before and after treatment, and plasma sex hormones were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results After 3 months, the semen parameters and the level of serum testosterone in group A, group B and group C had statistical significance (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group B and group C after treatment. Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with Zuccarein can significantly improve semen quality and serum testosterone levels in patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia.
