介绍了宝钢研制高强度高韧性TMCP(热机械控制轧制)40kg级别系列船板的研究结果。结果表明,以低碳微合金化配合适当的控轧控冷TMCP工艺,试制厚度为68mm的高强度DH40、EH40、FH40船用钢板,钢板强度性能满足ABS、CCS、GL等九大船级社规范对DH40、EH40、FH40的要求,在-40℃、-60℃下,钢板横向、纵向具有大于200J的夏比冲击功。同时焊接实验的结果表明,研制的钢板在焊接热输入量为50kJ的条件下,焊接热影响区和熔合线具有良好的低温冲击韧性,能够满足船体结构用高强度高韧性钢板的要求。
This paper introduces the research results of Baosteel in the development of 40kg grade series of TMCP (Thermo-Mechanical Controlled Rolling) with high strength and toughness. The results show that the strength of steel plates of DH40, EH40 and FH40 with high strength of 68mm can be fabricated by the TMAC process of low carbon microalloying combined with proper controlled rolling and controlled cooling, meeting the requirements of the nine classification societies such as ABS, CCS and GL For DH40, EH40, FH40 requirements, at -40 ℃, -60 ℃, the steel plate has a transverse and longitudinal Charpy impact energy greater than 200J. The results of the welding experiment show that the heat-affected zone and the fusion line have good low-temperature impact toughness under the conditions of welding heat input of 50kJ, which can meet the requirements of high-strength and high-toughness steel plate for hull structure.
