形象是社会公众对个体或整体内在素质与外在表现的总体印象与评价,是个体或单位、行业乃至地区、国家综合实力的代言。个体或整体形象的优劣,在其参与竞争、促进自身发展中具有十分重要的作用。无锡市卫生局党委高度重视行业形象建设,去年初把形象建设作为“形象工程”提出,并列入党委工作的重要内容来加强建设,经过一年多的实践取得了初步成效。在今年省卫生厅组织的出院病人满意度调查中,无锡卫生名列前茅,被评为江苏省文明行业。
The image is the general impression and evaluation of the internal or external quality of the individual or whole society by the public and is the endorsement of the comprehensive strength of the individual or unit, industry and even the region. The pros and cons of individuals or the whole image play an important role in their competition and promotion of their own development. The party committee of Wuxi Municipal Health Bureau attaches great importance to the building of the industry image. At the beginning of last year, the building of the image was put forward as an “image project” and included in the important content of the work of the party committees to strengthen construction. After more than a year of implementation, initial results were achieved. In this year ’s provincial health department organized discharged patient satisfaction survey, among the best in Wuxi health, was named civilized industry in Jiangsu Province.
