提出一种可用于大型滑动轴承油膜动特性系数在线识别的新方法。该方法利用高速动平衡机特殊的支撑结构,通过改变运动中转子一滑动轴承的支撑刚度,拾取刚度改变前后系统动不平衡响应的稳态值,来确定油膜动特性系数。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的精度和可靠性。
A new method for on-line identification of dynamic coefficient of oil film in large-scale plain bearings is proposed. The method uses the special support structure of a high-speed dynamic balancing machine to determine the dynamic coefficient of the oil film by changing the support stiffness of the rotor-a sliding bearing in motion and picking up the steady-state values of the dynamic unbalance response of the system before and after the stiffness changes. Experimental results show that this method has high accuracy and reliability.
