刚刚召开的国务院第三次廉政工作会议,认真贯彻落实第十七届中央纪委第五次全会和胡锦涛总书记在会上的重要讲话精神,总结2009年、部署2010年政府系统反腐倡廉工作。温家宝总理在会上强调,要以重点领域和关键环节为突破口,加强制度建设,强化对行政权力运行的监督和制约,推动反腐倡廉取得新成效。这为做好今年政府反腐倡廉工作明确了方向。各级政府特别是监察机关要认真学习领会,狠抓贯彻落实。
The just-concluded meeting of the third clean government at the State Council seriously conscientiously implemented the spirit of the important speech delivered by the 5th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Commission of Discipline Inspection and General Secretary Hu Jintao at the meeting, and concluded in 2009 the deployment of the 2010 government anti-corruption campaign. Premier Wen Jiabao emphasized at the conference that we should take key areas and key links as a breakthrough to strengthen system construction, strengthen the supervision and restriction on the operation of administrative power and push for new achievements in combating corruption and upholding integrity. This set a clear direction for doing a good job in fighting against corruption and building a clean government this year. Governments at all levels, especially the supervisory organs, should conscientiously study and understand and pay close attention to their implementation.
