书法是我国历史悠久的线条艺术,从秦汉的甲骨文到篆隶、章草、行书,经历了一个不断发展的过程。气功则是几千年来人们作为强身健体的一种养身法。将气功用于书法,可谓源远流长。唐代大书法家徐洗曾曰:“气贯全身,意在笔端,”宋朝的苏轼,元朝的赵孟頫,他们也都讲究意在笔先,体现了书法必须要入意境,意到法随。随着书法艺术的继承和发展,气功运用于书法也积累了许多宝贵的经验。实践证明,气功用于书法,对于练气功为主的同志,即能锻炼身体,增强体质,又可学到一手很好的书法;对以学书法为主的同志,结合气功,以书写入境,增加笔力,久而久之,力透纸背,正可谓有入木三分之感。在这一点上我颇有感受。我从小喜爱书法,六岁习书,也曾泛临过颜、柳、欧、赵体。后在上海同济大学念书期间,受教于著名书法家沈尹默先生五年之久,特别是近二十年来,在摸索把气功运用于书法上,坚持不懈,收到了良好
