30岁妊娠7个月患者,因无明原因的突然剧烈头晕、头痛,并伴呕吐、视物不清、站立不稳而入院。患者既往健康。查体:神志言语清,血压120/80。双眼水平性震颤,角膜反应迟钝,四肢肌张力减退,腱反射消失,膀胱充盈,巴氏征阳性。其余无明显异常。CT扫描示小脑下蚓部有一3×2.7×2.4厘米之不规则高密度区,四脑室受压变小,并向前移位,
30-year-old pregnant 7 months patients, due to sudden unexplained sudden dizziness, headache, and vomiting, blurred vision, standing ill and admitted to hospital. The patient’s past health. Examination: conscious mind clear, blood pressure 120/80. Binocular horizontal tremor, corneal unresponsiveness, limb muscle tension decreased, tendon reflex disappeared, bladder filling, Pap’s sign positive. The rest without obvious abnormalities. CT scan showed cerebellar vermis has a 3 × 2.7 × 2.4 cm irregular high-density area, four ventricle compression smaller and forward displacement,
