目的:探讨在CT引导下125I放射性粒子植入治疗肺恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:术前根据肿瘤大小、粒子放射有效范围计算出粒子分布及数量,术中在CT引导下经皮穿刺将粒子按计划植入预定部位,术后CT扫描粒子植入部位及检查有无漏植。结果:25例肺恶性肿瘤患者放射性粒子均成功植入预定部位,其中包括失去手术机会晚期患者23例,所有患者均未出现术后严重并发症。术后12例患者肿瘤完全消失,8例患者肿瘤明显缩小(缩小>75%),5例肿瘤部分缩小(缩小在30%~60%之间)。3个月、半年、1年随访中,无复发病例。结论:放射性粒子永久植入人体治疗肿瘤是一种新的治疗模式,治疗肺部恶性肿瘤疗效确切,尤其适合中晚期失去手术机会的患者,对改善患者的生活质量,延长生存期有重要应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of CT-guided 125I radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods: According to the size of the tumor and the effective range of the particle radiation, the distribution and number of the particles were calculated preoperatively. The particles were implanted into the planned site under the guidance of CT guided by CT in the surgery. plant. Results: Twenty-five patients with lung cancer were successfully implanted with radioactive particles, including 23 patients with advanced stage of surgery who lost their chances of surgery. No serious postoperative complications occurred in all patients. Tumors disappeared completely in 12 patients. Tumors were significantly reduced (> 75%) in 8 patients and partially reduced in 5 patients (reduced by 30% -60%). Three months, six months, 1 year follow-up, no recurrence. Conclusion: The permanent implantation of radioactive particles into the human body to treat the tumor is a new treatment model. The treatment of lung malignancies has a definite curative effect and is especially suitable for those patients who lost operation in the late stage. It is of great value in improving the quality of life and prolonging the survival of patients .
