对25例小儿先心病患者行 DSA 检查.其中17例已手术治疗,16例术后诊断与 DSA诊断一致,提示 DSA 对小儿先心病的诊断有较高的准确率。并对 DSA 的临床应用价值、伪影产生及补救措施与改进方向等进行讨论.
DSA examination was performed on 25 CHD patients, 17 of them were treated by surgery, and 16 of them were consistent with the diagnosis of DSA, which indicated that DSA had a higher accuracy in the diagnosis of CHD. The clinical application value of DSA, artifact generation and remedial measures and improvement direction are also discussed.
