目的：探讨减少尿道下裂手术治疗的并发症。方法：应用阴囊带蒂皮管结合阴茎皮下隧道对２７例尿道下裂行二期尿道成形术。结果：２７例患者中，出现尿道口狭窄１例（３．７％）、暂时性尿瘘２例（７．４％），其余均疗效满意。结论：本手术方法具有并发症少、易于推广等优点
Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of hypospadias complications. Methods: Two cases of urethroplasty underwent urethral pedicle and subcutaneous tunneling of scrotum in 27 cases of hypospadias. Results: In 27 patients, urethral stenosis occurred in 1 case (3.7%) and transient urinary fistula in 2 cases (7.4%), the rest were satisfactory. Conclusion: The surgical method has fewer complications, easy to promote and so on
