企业在新形势下进入新的发展阶段,企业的思想政治工作也随之进入新的阶段,此时的企业思想政治工作不能停留在过去的老做法上,要顺应新形势增加新的工作内容、采用新的工作方法,充分发挥思想政治工作在企业生产发展上的促进作用。本文分别从内容上和形式上探讨了新形势下企业怎样进行思想政治工作的创新。
Under the new situation, enterprises have entered a new stage of development and their ideological and political work has also entered a new phase. At this time, the ideological and political work of enterprises can not remain in the old practice of the past and should adapt to the new situation and add new work contents.
