全球化给我国邮政财务管控模式提出了挑战。现代邮政财务集中管控模式的构建是邮政改革一个重要方面。文章对我国邮政财务集中管控模式构建与完善进行了探析,分别从邮政财务集中管控理念、财务集中核算、创新管控模式、实现管控与邮政业务的协同化、管控模式下的组织管理等五个方面进行了分析。
