目的:了解中学男生吸烟情况和影响吸烟的心理因素。方法:采用座谈和个别交谈方法调查中学男生吸烟情况;采用问卷分析影响中学男生吸烟的心理因素。结果:中学男生吸烟行为随年级呈增加趋势,吸烟行为具有一定普遍性;初三是吸烟普遍化的时期。影响中学男生吸烟的心理因素分别是:①好奇心、模仿心理;②日常生活影响;③吸烟显得成熟、有个性,可以表现自己的“成人意识”;④可以帮助应付各种交往活动;⑤受情绪波动的影响;⑥喜欢烟草的刺激性;⑦烟瘾。“日常生活影响”“吸烟显得成熟、有个性”“为了应付和帮助交往”“受情绪波动的影响”四个因素对中学男生吸烟行为的影响多些。结论:中学男生吸烟行为在本地区具有一定的普遍性;中学男生吸烟行为与多种因素有关。
Objective: To understand the smoking status of middle school boys and the psychological factors that affect smoking. Methods: Using the method of discussion and individual conversation to investigate the smoking status of boys in middle school; using the questionnaire to analyze the psychological factors affecting the smoking of boys in middle school. Results: Smoking prevalence of boys in middle school increased with the grade, and smoking behavior had a certain degree of universality. The third day was the general period of smoking. Psychological factors that affect the smoking of middle school boys are: ① curiosity, psychological imitation; ② daily life impact; ③ smoking appears to be mature, personality, can express their “adult consciousness”; ④ can help deal with various communicative activities; ⑤ affected by mood swings; ⑥ like tobacco irritation; ⑦ addiction. “Daily life affect ” “Smoking appears to be mature, personality ” “In order to cope with and help communication ” “Affected by mood swings ” four factors have more influence on smoking behavior of boys in middle school. Conclusion: The smoking behavior of boys in middle school has a certain universality in this region. The smoking behavior of boys in middle school is related to many factors.
