当前社会竞争激烈,高校为了自身发展,抓好教育质量,提高毕业生就业率,多采取与企业合作的方式进行办学。通过校企合作,在对学生素质培养的同时,加强技能培养,增大了实践教学在教育中的比例,重视人才的实用性与实效性,取得了良好的收效。以汽车自动变速器课程为例,研究了校企合作在实践教学过程中的作用。
At present, the competition in the society is fierce. For their own development, colleges and universities should do their best to improve the quality of education and increase the employment rate of graduates, and adopt more ways to cooperate with enterprises. Through the cooperation between schools and enterprises, while cultivating the quality of students, we have strengthened our skills training, increased the proportion of practical teaching in education, and attached importance to the practicality and effectiveness of qualified personnel and achieved good results. Taking the auto transmission course as an example, this paper studies the role of school-enterprise cooperation in practice teaching.
