目的研制一种与临床胆源性胰腺炎(Bp)相似的动物模型。方法采用电压3伏和频率20Hz的电针刺激大鼠行走于十二指肠内的胆胰管末端。结果电针刺激胆胰管1小时后,见胰腺轻微的肿胀及充血。饲养24小时后,血淀粉酶和尿淀粉酶均明显升高,胰腺肿胀及充血明显。镜下见胰腺间质水肿及大量的炎性细胞浸润;小叶内蛋白样积液;胰腺泡细胞空泡样变和局灶性坏死。结论该模型符合急性胰腺炎的病理改变。它的病理生理变化更符合于临床BP的发生过程,它是一种新型的Bp动物模型。
Objective To develop a similar animal model of clinical gallstone pancreatitis (Bp). Methods Electroacupuncture at voltage of 3 volts and frequency of 20 Hz was used to stimulate the end of biliary and pancreatic ducts in duodenum. Results Electroacupuncture stimulation of the bile duct and pancreatic duct after 1 hour, see the slight swelling and congestion of the pancreas. After feeding for 24 hours, the blood amylase and urine amylase were significantly increased, and the edema and congestion of the pancreas were obvious. Microscopic pancreatic interstitial edema and a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration; lobular protein-like effusion; vacuolar degeneration and focal necrosis of pancreatic vacuolar cells. Conclusion The model accords with the pathological changes of acute pancreatitis. Its pathophysiological changes more in line with the occurrence of clinical BP, it is a new animal model of Bp.
