以某涡轮风扇发动机回流环形燃烧室为研究对象,采用试验的方法,研究了不同工况下该燃烧室出口温度分布特性.部件试验结果得到了出口温度沿周向分布和径向分布特性,重点详细分析了温度沿涡轮导叶叶高的分布特性,并在此基础上提出了局部扇形区域径向温度沿叶高的分布特性这一概念来考核燃烧室出口温度品质,为燃烧室出口温度分布的评估和改进优化提供了有益的参考价值.
Taking a turbo-fan engine recirculation annular combustion chamber as the research object, the outlet temperature distribution characteristics of the combustion chamber under different operating conditions were studied by means of the test method, and the outlet temperature distribution along the circumferential direction and the radial distribution characteristics were obtained from the component test results. The distribution of temperature along the guide vane height of the turbine is analyzed in detail. On this basis, the concept of distribution of radial temperature along the leaf height of local fan-shaped area is put forward to evaluate the outlet temperature quality of the combustion chamber, which is the outlet temperature distribution of the combustion chamber The evaluation and improvement and optimization provides a useful reference value.
