采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、万能试验机、冲击试验等研究方法,对热轧后建筑耐候钢进行了组织和性能的研究,探讨P含量对耐候钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,热轧耐候钢中P具有细化晶粒尺寸的作用,耐候钢晶粒尺寸随着P含量增加先减小后增加;耐候钢屈服强度和抗拉强度随着P含量增加先增加后减小,P含量为0.100%时,两个强度分别达到最大值573.2和734.4 MPa;耐候钢20℃纵向冲击功随着P含量增加先减小后增加,P含量0.100%时,耐候钢冲击断口解理单元尺寸急剧增大,断口韧窝大量减少,耐候钢冲击性能达到最低值为105 J。
The structure and properties of weathering steels after hot rolling were studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, universal testing machine and impact test. The effects of P content on the microstructure and properties of weathering steels were investigated. The results show that P has the effect of grain refinement in hot-rolled weathering steel, the grain size of weathering steel decreases first and then increases with the increase of P content; the yield strength and tensile strength of weathering steel increase first with the increase of P content When the content of P is 0.100%, the two intensities reach the maximum value of 573.2 and 734.4 MPa, respectively. The longitudinal impact energy at 20 ℃ of weathering steel first decreases and then increases with the increase of P content. When the P content is 0.100%, the impact fracture of weathering steel The size of cleavage unit increased sharply, the number of fracture dimples decreased greatly, and the impact resistance of weathering steel reached the lowest value of 105J.
