目的:通过检测卵巢癌、良性卵巢瘤和正常卵巢组织中NOB1的表达,探讨其与卵巢癌发病的关系。方法:选择2010年10月~2011年12月在吉林大学第二医院妇产科术前明确诊断为卵巢癌行手术治疗且资料完整的患者50例,选择同期正常卵巢组织20例、卵巢良性肿瘤组织50例为对照。采用Real-Time PCR法检测卵巢癌、良性卵巢瘤、正常卵巢组织中NOB1 mRNA的表达。结果:1卵巢癌、良性卵巢癌及正常卵巢组织中NOB1 mRNA表达水平:卵巢癌组织中NOB1 mRNA表达显著高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.01),良性肿瘤组织与正常卵巢组织间NOB1 mRNA表达无显著差异。2NOB1 mRNA在不同临床病理特征的卵巢癌组织中的表达:NOB1 mRNA高表达与肿瘤的大小、细胞分化程度相关(P<0.05),与病理类型、手术病理分期、年龄无显著关联(P>0.05)。结论:与正常卵巢组织和良性卵巢瘤患者相比,NOB1在卵巢癌患者卵巢组织中呈明显高表达,NOB1表达水平的异常可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective: To detect the expression of NOB1 in ovarian cancer, benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue and to explore its relationship with the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer. Methods: From October 2010 to December 2011, 50 patients with complete ovarian cancer who had undergone surgical treatment and definite diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology in the Second Hospital of Jilin University from January 2010 to December 2011 were enrolled. The expression of 2NOB1 mRNA in ovarian cancer with different clinicopathological features: The high expression of NOB1 mRNA was correlated with tumor size and cell differentiation (P <0.05), but not with pathological type, pathological stage and age (P> 0.05) ). CONCLUSIONS: Compared with normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian tumors, NOB1 is highly expressed in ovarian tissues of ovarian cancer patients. The abnormal expression of NOB1 may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
