目的 程序升温毛细管气相色谱法测定小茴香中反式茴香脑的含量。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从小茴香中提取挥发油。挥发油用二氯甲烷定量溶解稀释后用石英毛细管柱进行气相分析。色谱柱DB 17(15m× 0 .2 5mm× 0 .2 5 μmTemp :4 0to2 80 / 30 0℃ ) ,柱温采用程序升温 5 0℃ 5℃ /min 6 0℃2 0℃ /mim 2 0 0℃ (2min) ,载气为H2 气 ,检测器FID ,内标物为甲苯 ,分流进样 ,分流比 30∶1,进样温度 2 5 0℃ ,检测温度 2 5 0℃。结果 加样平均回收率为 97.5 6 % ,RSD为 1.17%。结论 实验结果表明 ,本方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于控制小茴香药材及挥发油的质量
Objective To determine the content of trans-anethole in fennel by temperature-programmed capillary gas chromatography. Methods The volatile oil was extracted from cumin by steam distillation. Volatile oils were quantitatively dissolved in dichloromethane, diluted, and analyzed by gas chromatography using a silica capillary column. Column DB 17 (15m × 0.25mm × 0.25 μmTemp: 4 0 to 2 80 / 30°C ), and the column temperature was programmed to a temperature of 5°C 5°C / min 6 0°C 2 0°C / mim 2 0 0 °C (2min), carrier gas is H2 gas, detector FID, internal standard substance is toluene, split injection, split ratio is 30:1, injection temperature is 250°C, detection temperature is 250°C. Results The average recovery rate of sample loading was 97.56% with RSD of 1.17%. Conclusion The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used to control the quality of cumin herbs and volatile oils.
