目的探讨Wnt-5a抗体在肾上皮性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法对123例肾肿瘤标本进行免疫组化Wnt-5a检测,其中包括肾透明细胞癌(CCRCC)37例,乳头状肾细胞癌(PRCC)24例(Ⅰ型15例,Ⅱ型9例),嫌色细胞癌(ChRCC)25例、Xp11.2易位/TFE3基因融合相关性肾癌(Xp11RCC)11例,黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌(MTSCC)6例,嗜酸细胞腺瘤20例。结果Wnt-5a表达率:CCRCC为18.9%(7/37),PRCC为12.5%(3/24),ChRCC为16%(4/25),Xp11RCC为18.2%(2/11),MTSCC为0,嗜酸细胞腺瘤为100%(20/20)。Wnt-5a在嗜酸细胞腺瘤中的表达率明显高于其他肾细胞癌亚型(P<0.01)。结论Wnt-5a可用于区别嗜酸细胞腺瘤与其他肾细胞癌亚型,具有潜在的鉴别诊断价值。本文结果还提示,Wnt-5a在肾细胞癌中发挥肿瘤抑制基因的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Wnt-5a antibody in renal epithelial tumors. Methods 123 cases of renal tumor were examined by immunohistochemistry Wnt-5a, including 37 cases of clear cell carcinoma of the kidney (CCRCC), 24 cases of papillary renal cell carcinoma (PRCC) (15 cases of type I and 9 cases of type II) 25 cases of chromophobe carcinoma (ChRCC), 11 cases of Xp11.2 translocation / TFE3 gene fusion associated renal cell carcinoma (Xp11RCC), 6 cases of mucoid tubule and spindle cell carcinoma (MTSCC), 20 cases of eosinophilic adenoma 20 example. Results The expression rates of Wnt-5a were 18.9% (7/37) in CCRCC, 12.5% (3/24) in PRCC, 16% (4/25) in ChRCC and 18.2% (2/11) in Xp11RCC , Eosinophilic adenoma was 100% (20/20). The expression of Wnt-5a in eosinophilic adenoma was significantly higher than that in other renal cell carcinoma (P <0.01). Conclusion Wnt-5a can be used to distinguish between eosinophilic adenoma and other renal cell carcinoma subtypes, with a potential differential diagnosis. Our results also suggest that Wnt-5a plays a tumor suppressor role in renal cell carcinoma.
