作为商品,药品的销售自然离不开广告宣传。目前,我国药品广告发展迅猛,广告内容越来越丰富,形式越来越多样,已经成为各类媒体最大的广告来源之一[1]。与此同时,药品广告的违法现象也越来越多。加强药品广告管理,净化广告市场,成为全社会特别是药品广告监督管理部门的重要职责。
As a commodity, the sale of medicines can not do without advertising. At present, the rapid development of drug advertising in China, more and more rich advertising content, more and more diverse forms, has become the largest source of all types of media advertising [1]. In the meantime, there are more and more illegal drug advertisements. Strengthening drug advertising management, purifying the advertising market, the entire society, especially drug advertising supervision and management departments of the important responsibilities.
