On February 11, 1985, Ningbo Ocean Engineering Development Service Co., Ltd., a coastal development service company in China, was established and was held at Ningbo Ocean University in Ningbo. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Tang Bin, the vice chairman of the company, and Comrade Liu Cunkai, chairman of the company, made a report.
