针对目前中国沥青混合料配合比研究现状和不足,以广西某高速公路AC-25沥青混合料配合比设计为基础,采用新SAC级配设计方法进行级配设计,利用VCADRF级配验证方法对设计级配进行验证和调整,设计出满足规范要求的合理级配,以马歇尔方法确定最佳油石比,得到设计级配最佳油石比为3.6%,并对其路用性能进行了评价。试验结果表明:采用新SAC级配设计方法和VCADRF级配验证方法,可设计出适用于高速公路各层次的合理级配,且具有优良的路用性能。
Aiming at the current situation and insufficiency of the research on mix proportion of asphalt mixture in China, based on the mix design of AC-25 asphalt mixture on a highway in Guangxi, the new SAC gradation design method was adopted to carry out the gradation design and the VCADRF gradation verification method to design Grading is verified and adjusted to design a reasonable grade to meet the requirements of the specification. The optimal ratio of stone to oil is determined by the Marshall method. The best ratio of design to stone is 3.6%, and the road performance is evaluated. The test results show that the new SAC grade design method and the VCADRF grade verification method can be used to design a reasonable gradation suitable for all levels of the expressway and have excellent road performance.
