高职学院在北京市高等学校教育中占有很大的比重,能解决北京地区成绩稍差的学生的上学问题。政府也非常重视高职学院这几年的发展,在以教学为中心的基础上,更加注重高职学院的思想政治方面的管理,注重对学生管理队伍的建设,对辅导员、班主任的培训。本文通过对北京地区高职学生思想政治特点的分析总结,结合自己的日常学生管理工作经验和调查研究,探寻更加适合高职学生思想政治教育管理的方法,以更好地做好北京地区高职学生的思想政治辅导工作。
Higher vocational colleges occupy a large proportion of higher education in Beijing and can solve the problem of students attending lower schools in Beijing. The government attaches great importance to the development of higher vocational colleges in recent years. On the basis of teaching, it pays more attention to the ideological and political management in higher vocational colleges, pays attention to the construction of student management teams and the training of counselors and class leaders. Based on the analysis of the ideological and political features of higher vocational students in Beijing, combined with my own experience and investigation of daily student management work, this paper explores ways to better manage the ideological and political education of higher vocational students in order to do a better job in higher vocational education in Beijing Students’ ideological and political counseling.
