广西四大瓷厂之一的贺县瓷厂创建于1948年,前身是4家私营小厂。40年来不断扩大,生产日益发展。从建厂初期只能生产土陶粗瓷发展到现在生产中高档细瓷,并有大量出口,年创汇40万美元,成为具有相当规模、职工1500多人的中型陶瓷企业。近几年,该厂荣获多次自治区出口产品银牌奖、广西企业管理优秀奖和自治区经济效益先进单位、自治区先进企业称号;厂长周观生则是广西优秀厂长、经理。他们走的是一条“借鸡生蛋”的成功之路。敢承担风险
Hexian Porcelain Factory, one of Guangxi’s four major porcelain factories, was founded in 1948. It was formerly a private small factory. For 40 years, it has continued to expand and production has grown. From the earliest stage of construction, it can only produce earthenware rough porcelain and now it can produce medium and high-grade fine porcelain. It also has a large amount of exports, earns foreign exchange of USD 400,000, and becomes a medium-sized ceramics enterprise with a considerable scale and more than 1,500 employees.
