在历史上的不同语境中,国家资本主义有着多种不同的涵义,对国家资本主义一词也有着不同的理解。进入21世纪之后,国家资本主义的涵义又有了新的发展。根据维基百科,国家资本主义通常是指国家从事商业经济活动并按资本主义方式管理和组织生产方式的一种经济体制。国家资本主义的表现形式主要包括公司化的政府机构、国家拥有上市公司和非上市公司的股份。作为配置社会资源的一种方式,国家资本主义被普遍认为是国家干预经济的一种形式。这种国家资本主义以不同的形式在西方国家普遍存在。
In different historical contexts, state capitalism has many different meanings and also has a different understanding of the term capitalism. After entering the 21st century, the meaning of state capitalism has undergone a new development. According to Wikipedia, state capitalism usually refers to an economic system in which the state engages in commercial activities and manages and organizes production methods in a capitalist manner. The manifestations of state capitalism mainly include corporatized government agencies and the state owns shares in listed and unlisted companies. As a way to allocate social resources, state capitalism is generally considered as a form of state intervention in the economy. This kind of state capitalism exists in different forms in western countries.
