利用自制的稀土超磁致伸缩参数实验装置对采用独特工业化工艺技术生产的TbDyFe三元稀土合金超磁致伸缩棒的磁致伸缩系数和机电耦合系数等电磁参数进行了实验测定,讨论了磁电耦合作用对磁致伸缩系数和机电耦合系数的影响,所得结果为超磁致伸缩材料应用器件提供了重要设计依据。
The magnetostriction coefficient and electromechanical coupling coefficient of TbDyFe ternary rare earth alloy giant magnetostrictive rod produced by the unique industrialization technology were experimentally measured by using the homemade rare earth giant magnetostrictive parameter experimental device. Coupling effect on the magnetostrictive coefficient and electromechanical coupling coefficient, the results obtained for the giant magnetostrictive material provides an important design basis for the device.
