一、设计背景当前的政治课堂教学为了避免旧式的、空洞的、乏味的理论式说教,为了激活学生本身的智慧,充分发挥学生的主体性、主动性、积极性和创造性,大量地引入了情景教学模式,即通过设置情景和探究问题,让学生基于情景,在问题的引导下进行讨论探究,从而更好地体验、理解情景,生成智慧,加以总结形成理论。因此对于情景的设置和探究问题的设计是十分重要的一个环节,如果情景不真实,问题设计不明确,都会导致偏离教学内容,调动不了学生的积极性,达不到预期的教学效
