近年来,伴随着经济的发展,医疗保险成为解决职工的生活保障之一,同时也是促进企业和谐发展的重要原因。目前,我国贯彻执行医疗保险制度中尚且存在着不足,特别是煤炭行业,企业更应该充分落实国家医疗保险制度,使煤矿员工的医疗权益有保障。本文主要通过对煤炭业的医疗保险中所存在的问题作出详细的分析,并且给出相应的建议和策略。
In recent years, along with the economic development, medical insurance has become one of the solutions to the life and welfare of employees, and it is also an important reason for promoting the harmonious development of enterprises. At present, there are still some deficiencies in the implementation of the medical insurance system in our country. In particular, the coal industry and enterprises should fully implement the national medical insurance system and ensure the medical rights and interests of coal mine workers. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the medical insurance in the coal industry and gives the corresponding suggestions and strategies.
