目的:探讨MRI在盘状半月板中的诊断价值。方法:选取2015年4月—2016年3月于我院接受治疗的44例盘状半月板损伤患者作为此次实验研究对象。按照住院顺序不同将44例患者随机分为对照组和观察组进行探讨,每组各22例,按照损伤程度可分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级。对照组患者使用关节镜检查,观察组患者使用MRI检查,比较两组患者诊断准确率及是否出现漏诊、误诊情况。结果:观察组患者使用MRI检查准确率显著高于对照组患者使用关节镜检查准确率,并且观察组患者出现漏诊、误诊的概率也明显小于对照组。比较两组数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用MRI对盘状半月板损伤患者进行诊断,能显著提高诊断准确率,降低出现误诊、漏诊的几率,为医师制定治疗方案提供了可靠的依据,可以作为盘状半月板诊断的首选方式,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in discoid meniscus. Methods: Forty-four patients with discoid meniscus injury treated in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental subjects. 44 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different hospitalization order. Each group had 22 cases. According to the degree of injury, they could be divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade. Patients in the control group underwent arthroscopy and MRI in the observation group. The diagnostic accuracy and the misdiagnosis of the two groups were compared. Results: The accuracy of MRI examination in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the probability of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Comparing the two groups of data, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: MRI diagnosis of patients with discoid meniscus can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis, reduce the chance of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, provide a reliable basis for physicians to develop treatment options, and can be used as the preferred method of diagnosis of discoid meniscus , Worth promoting.
