在我国,幼儿教育改革的重点在于,关注幼儿个体间的差异、关注幼儿自身的发展。由此可见,在幼儿教育中,教师对幼儿的观察具有重要意义。但分析当前我国幼儿教育发展现状,发现部分教师没有意识到观察的重要性,且存在对幼儿观察不足、认识不够的现象。这不仅阻碍了教师专业度的提升,同时影响幼儿的健康发展。
In our country, the focus of preschool education reform is to focus on the differences among young children and on the development of young children themselves. Thus, in early childhood education, teachers’ observation of young children is of great significance. However, the analysis of the current development of early childhood education in our country found that some teachers did not realize the importance of observation, and there was insufficient observation and inadequate understanding of young children. This not only hinder the improvement of teachers’ professionalism, but also affect the healthy development of young children.
