The preparation of a Nuclear Power Station Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) is an extremely important task that goes hand in hand with the initial establishment. It involves a large number of units, wide range of professional, is a very experienced and meticulous work. The management, interface control, division of labor coordination and compilation of the external committees require responsibility in all relevant aspects. An orderly and effective management approach enables the PSAR to be well controlled both in technology and format.
