目的 通过对 36例共同性斜视眼外肌的超微结构研究 ,探讨斜视发病机制。方法 应用电子技术对 2 0例共同性外斜视及 16例共同性内斜视矫正术中切除的眼肌进行超微结构观察分析。结果 斜视患者弱侧眼肌不同程度萎缩变性 ,肌原纤维稀疏 ,Z带不清 ,肌原纤维排列方向紊乱 ,线粒体多 ,嵴密 ,肌质网扩张 ,有些有髓神经髓鞘层次不清 ,轴突水肿 ,随病程延长 ,肌纤维病变加剧 ,部分强侧眼肌肌纤维轻度萎缩变性。结论 提示共同性斜视眼弱侧眼肌在超微结构上呈不同程度的萎缩变性及部分强侧眼肌轻度萎缩变性的病理改变是产生共同性斜视的重要原因
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of strabismus by studying the ultrastructure of extraocular muscles in 36 cases of common strabismus. Methods Electron microscopy was performed on 20 cases of common exotropia and 16 cases of common intraocular esotropia. Results The patients with strabismus had varying degree of atrophic degeneration of myenteric ocular muscles, myofibrils were sparse, Z band was unclear, the order of myofibrils was disordered, mitochondria were more, cristae dense, sarcoplasmic reticulum was dilated, Axon edema, with the duration of the disease, increased muscle fiber disease, some strong lateral muscle fibers slightly atrophic degeneration. Conclusions suggest that the weakening of the common strabismus eye muscle ultrastructure showed varying degrees of atrophic degeneration and some strong eye muscle mild atrophy of the pathological changes are important causes of common strabismus
