据一些资料分析,我国建筑能耗(包括建材生产用能和现场施工用能以及建筑日常采暖等用能)约占国家总能耗的25~40%,能源的浪费相当严重。据统计,北京市仅冬季四个月,集中采暖住宅建筑耗煤为23.1~24.l公斤/米~2,火炉采暖的住宅建筑耗煤为47公斤/米~2(煤的发热量Q_H=4000千卡/公斤)。而欧美十国住宅采暖空调全年能耗量为标煤23.8公斤/米~2。国外一些学者通过计算分析认为,在相同居住面积和采暖温度下,北京市住宅的采暖能耗为美国住宅采暖能耗的2~3倍。找市住宅的采暖耗煤多,主要是由于锅炉效率低、热网管道热损失大以及围护结构
