云南省第十届民族运动会期间举办了隆重的民族产品展销会,我被德钦县民族银制品厂展台前那些精美的藏族工艺品深深吸引,当我问到那些佛像和民族工艺品是从尼泊尔进口,还是从拉萨、成都进货时,一位标准的康巴汉子走过来,用普通话跟我打招呼,见我是本地人,他就开始用藏语跟我倾心攀谈起来。原来他就是德钦民族银制厂的厂长、民族工艺高级工程师、云南省工艺美术大师洛桑扎西先生,展台上的所有产品都是他们厂生产的。我第一次惊奇地发现云南藏区也有能够制造出如此顶尖民族工艺品的高手,于是我们相约在德钦卡瓦格博见。今年我如约来到德钦县升平镇,参观了洛桑扎西先生的工厂和民族工艺品。
During the Tenth National Games of Yunnan Province, a grand national product fair was held. I was deeply attracted by the exquisite Tibetan handicrafts in front of the booth of National Silver Product Factory in Deqin County. When I asked them that the statues and ethnic handicrafts were imported from Nepal , Or from Lhasa, Chengdu, purchase, a standard Khampai came over, greet me in Mandarin, see I am a native, he began to talk to me in Tibetan with me. He turned out to be Deqin national silver factory manager, senior engineer of ethnic crafts, craft masters of Yunnan Province Lausanne Zhaxi, all the products on the booth are their factory production. For the first time, I was surprised to find that there are also masters who can produce such top national handicrafts in the Tibetan areas of Yunnan Province. This year, when I came to Shengping Town in Deqin County, I visited Mr. Lausanne Tashi’s factories and ethnic handicrafts.
