用I-DEAS对某发动机曲轴进行三维实体建模、网格划分、静强度有限元分析,计算表明,有限元分析结论与实际情况吻合,曲轴能够满足设计和运行工况要求。
The three-dimensional solid modeling, meshing and static strength finite element analysis of an engine crankshaft were carried out with I-DEAS. The calculation shows that the conclusion of finite element analysis agrees well with the actual situation and the crankshaft can meet the design and operating conditions.
