自1991～1992年,我院采用中美合资安科公司生产ASFO-20型胎心率电子监护仪对317例孕晚期及临产孕妇进行胎心率电子监护描记图形。现总结分析如下:1 资料与方法1.1 孕周:孕32～36周35例,孕36~(+1)～40周214例,孕40周以上者68例。1.2 监护方法:孕妇取20°～30°半卧位或左侧卧位于检查床上,查清胎方位,将多普勒探头固定于胎心最响处,孕妇自握胎动描记按扭,监护20min,如有异常可延长监护10～20min,如20min无胎动,可轻轻推动胎体,唤醒胎心以排除睡眠干扰。
