目前我国很多行业都实现了数字化以及网络化的管理,这种管理模式的优越性也充分的显示出来,档案信息资源的管理也逐渐的向这方面发展,有些档案管理部门已经实现了数字化的管理。但是在对档案进行网络化管理的同时,要注意一些重点问题,比如建设一支拥有高水平的电子档案管理团队,为电子档案后期的管理奠定坚实的技术支持。首先介绍了数字化为档案信息资源管理带来的机遇,其次阐述了实现档案信息资源现代化管理的措施,最后探讨了档案信息资源数字化与网络化管理应注意的问题,希望有所帮助。
At present, many industries in our country have realized digitalization and networked management. The superiority of this management mode has also been fully demonstrated. The management of archival information resources has also gradually been developed in this respect. Some archival management departments have implemented digital management . However, while network management of archives, we should pay attention to some key issues, such as building a high-level e-archival management team and laying a solid technical support for the latter part of the management of electronic archives. First of all, introduced the digitalization as the opportunity brought by the file information resource management, and then elaborates the measures to realize the modernized management of the file information resources. Finally, it discusses the problems that should be noticed in the digitization and networked management of the file information resources, and hopes to be helpful.
