观察了胸腺肽(TP)对环磷酰胺(CP)诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率(PCEMN)的抑制作用。结果表明,在iPCP75mg/kg前2、3h和给予后1、2、3h将TP100mg/kgip,小鼠,可明显抑制PCEMN。由此可见,TP具有保护CP可遗传物质的损伤作用。
The inhibitory effect of thymosin (TP) on micronucleus rate (PCEMN) of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes induced by cyclophosphamide (CP) in mice was observed. The results showed that PCEMN could be significantly inhibited by TP100mg / kg ip at 2h, 3h after IPCP at 75mg / kg and at 1, 2 and 3h after administration. Thus, TP has the protective effect of CP genetic material damage.
