在“互联网+”的快速发展下,微信公众号应运而生,人们从中获得巨量信息的同时,伴随的却是各种严重的著作权侵权现象。在保护微信公众号原创作品的过程中,本文认为应从法律法规的完善、网络平台的救济、用户本身的自律行为等做起,让著作权为微信公众号的作品创新保驾护航。
Under the rapid development of “Internet + ”, WeChat public account came into being, and people get a huge amount of information from it, accompanied by various serious copyright infringement. In the process of protecting the original works of WeChat public account, this paper argues that we should start from the improvement of laws and regulations, the relief of network platform, the self-discipline of users and so on, so that the copyright protection of works of WeChat public account.
