“化工原理”课程教学包括三个环节,即:理论课教学、实验课教学和课程设计。作为化学工程及其相关专业的重要技术基础课,“化工原理”课程对高等学校化工类人才培养具有举足轻重的作用,历来受到化工高等教育的重视。目前我国的“化工原理”课程多以单元操作为内容,以传递过程原理和研究方法论为主线,研究各个物理加工过程的基本规律,典型设备的设计方法,过程的操作和调节原理。
“Chemical Engineering ” course teaching includes three aspects, namely: theoretical teaching, experimental teaching and curriculum design. As an important technical basic course of chemical engineering and its related majors, the course of “Principles of Chemical Engineering” plays an important role in cultivating chemical engineering talents in colleges and universities and has always been valued by higher chemical education. At present, most of the “Principles of Chemical Engineering” courses in our country take the unit operation as the content, and the principle of the transfer process and the research methodology are the main lines to study the basic rules of each physical process, the design method of typical equipment, the operation and adjustment principle of the process.
