随着社会经济的快速发展,各类致灾因素也不断增多,消防部队经费日益增长、资产数量日益增加的今天,用不好钱、管不好物的情况为各种不良现象的滋生留下了隐患,加强财务管理,提高基层单位理财水平的重要性和紧迫性已经不言而喻。本人认为,应着力从财务人员的选配、财经制度的落实及加强财务监督三个方面抓落实:提出了自己的建议和看法。供同行参考。
