切除双侧甲状腺大鼠血清 T_3,T_4下降,TRH 升高,垂体重量增加(P 均<0.001)。用助阳药可使 T_4较不用药组增高,垂体重量较低(P 均<0.01),TRH 较低(P<0.001),但助阳药使正常大鼠 T_3下降(P<0.001),TRH 升高(P<0.002)。饲用甲状腺片造成高甲状腺素状态大鼠 T_3,T_4升高,TRH 下降,用清热养阴药后使 T_4较不用药组下降(P<0.05)。
The serum levels of T_3, T_4, TRH, and pituitary weight were increased in all bilateral thyroid rats (all P<0.001). With adjuvant therapy, T_4 can be increased compared with no drug group, the pituitary weight is lower (P<0.01) and TRH is lower (P<0.001), but T3 in normal rats is decreased (P<0.001). Increased (P<0.002). Feeding thyroid tablets caused a high thyroxine state in rats with elevated T_3, T_4, and decreased TRH. After clearing away heat and nourishing yin, T_4 decreased compared with no-drug group (P<0.05).
