汽车覆盖件拉延工序设计被称为薄板冲压成形领域的设计“黑箱”问题 ,而拉延模型面设计是其中的核心内容。由于设计因素的复杂多样性 ,该工作目前主要依靠专家的经验知识完成 ,对设计结果只能进行定性的分析。在应用模糊数学的基础上 ,首先通过确定影响覆盖件拉延模型面设计的因素集、因素权重集、备择集和评判矩阵 ,解决了专家设计经验知识的量化问题 ;然后建立起二级模糊综合评判方法 ,为拉延模型面设计提供系统、科学的设计质量评判手段 ,并为该工作在将来实现设计自动化创造了条件。行李箱后盖拉延模型面设计质量模糊综合评判实例证明 ,该方法是可行的。
The automotive panel draw process design is known as the design “black box” in the field of sheet metal stamping, and the design of the draw mold surface is one of the core issues. Then, the second-order fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation method for the design of drawing surface model to provide systematic, scientific design quality evaluation tools, and for the work in the future to achieve design automation to create the conditions. This model is feasible by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the design quality of the back cover of the trunk lid.
