Teachers are the key to deepen the teaching reform in schools and improve their teaching quality. This article discusses the effective strategies of improving teachers ’teaching monitoring ability by training teachers’ good professional reflection habits so as to promote teachers ’professional growth and improve teachers’ teaching art and teaching quality.
