在知识经济时代,各组织之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,人才是组织中最重要的且具有决定性的资源。尤其是对事业单位而言,人才的开发与管理关乎着其是否能正常履行社会职责,在各组织激烈的竞争中脱颖而出。因此,各事业单位为了进一步吸引、留住优秀人才,必须进一步完善事业单位中人力资源管理的作用。本文基于当前事业单位人力资源的特点、作用,分析其人力资源管理中存在的问题,并且提出了相关优化策略。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the competition among organizations is ultimately the competition of talents. Talent is the most important and decisive resource in the organization. Especially for the public institutions, the development and management of talents are related to whether they can properly perform their social responsibilities and stand out in the fierce competition among the organizations. Therefore, in order to further attract and retain outstanding talents, all public institutions must further improve the role of human resources management in public institutions. Based on the characteristics and functions of human resources in current public institutions, this paper analyzes the problems existing in human resources management, and puts forward the relevant optimization strategies.
